Do I need a gym membership?I would highly recommend it! You want access to basic machines and free weights in the gym

What’s the difference between 1-on-1 coaching and Prime Physique?Prime Physique is my weekly team-based training — structured but not personalized (Your working out exactly like me). 1-on-1 is fully tailored to you: macros, 24/7 access to myself via messaging in the app, and personal adjustments based on your progress.

How do check-ins work?You’ll check in with me through email to go over progress, macro adjustments, questions, or anything you need help with. I’m here to guide you, not babysit - this is for people serious about putting in the work.

How much access do I get to you?You’ll have direct email access + messaging through Trainheroic for questions, check-ins, and support throughout the month (My notifications are on, dm me for anything at all) I don’t offer calls - this coaching is priced at $200/month because it’s built for efficiency. If I included calls, it would be $400+ easy. I still work a 9-to-5, so this structure keeps it sustainable for both of us while still delivering everything you need to get results.

How do you personalize everything?Right after signing up, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form covering your goals, training history, current diet, schedule, and more. I use that info to build your custom macros and guide your program. It’s straightforward, efficient, and gives me everything I need to coach you.
